Our story begins with a deep love for sourcing and roasting world-class coffee. From working directly with farmers around the globe to carefully curating each roast in-house, we approach every step with intention, integrity, and care. The result: coffees that are clean, balanced, and full of character.

Do you offer delivery?Yes! We offer free delivery orders over 50$ within Winnipeg. For coffee bean orders, we ship across Canada.

How fresh is your coffee?All our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure peak freshness. We stamp the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when it was roasted.

Can I customize a catering order?Absolutely. You can request substitutions or adjust platter sizes when ordering online or in-store order 48 hours in advance.

Are your pastries gluten-free or vegan?We offer a variety of gluten-free and dairy-free options, including muffins, brownies, and Pronuts. While not all items are vegan, we’re happy to guide you to the best options.

How do I store your coffee?Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place in its original bag (with valve). For best results, consume within 3–4 weeks of the roast date.

How does the coffee subscription work?Choose your favorite beans, select how often you want them delivered (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we’ll handle the rest. Freshly roasted coffee, delivered on your schedule.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?Yes, you can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime directly through your account.

When will my subscription ship?We roast your beans to order and ship within 1–2 business days of your scheduled subscription date.

Do you offer catering services?Yes, Colosimo provides catering services for events. They have experience setting up coffee stands at weddings and other gatherings, offering a unique and enjoyable coffee experience for guests

When do subscription orders ship?All subscription orders are shipped twice per month, on the 1st and 15th. Orders placed near these dates will ship on the next upcoming shipment day.

Can I choose my coffee type or grind for subscriptions?Yes, you can choose your preferred roast and whether you want whole bean or ground coffee when setting up your subscription.
